Why We Do What We do
Today, the United States is experiencing a shortage of job-ready professionals in STEM fields. This is a result of too few high school students pursuing STEM-track majors in college and a lack of the hands-on experience desired by employers among these graduates. Duro Workforce provides practical training to help bridge the gap between academia and the workforce, and to help professionals further advance in their careers.
Duro Workforce is a proud workforce partner of the Advanced Robotics Manufacturing (ARM) Institute at Carnege Mellon University, the City College of New York, SUNY Maritime, and the NYC Department of Education.
